Yuyao Agricultural Products — Livestream Programme for Rural Revitalisation

Project Background

We ran a full-territory livestream commerce programme for Yuyao's local agricultural products, covering bayberry, water bamboo, grapes, tea, pickled mustard tuber and more than ten other regional specialities. We built standardised 'green studios' and pioneered a field-traceability plus origin-direct-shipping model, distributing across Douyin, Taobao and Kuaishou to open online sales channels for farmers. Within six months the programme drove RMB 160 million in online sales; our Taobao studio was named a Ningbo 'Green Studio' and the company was recognised as a 'Common Prosperity Workshop' incubator in Langxia Subdistrict — supporting rural revitalisation and shared prosperity through e-commerce.
