School-Enterprise Programme for E-commerce Talent

Project Background

In deep partnership with Yuyao No.4 Talent School and Langxia Adult School, we co-built a hands-on e-commerce talent development system. We introduced an innovative 'simulated salary' teaching model, co-authored the Practical E-commerce Teaching Handbook and established a school-enterprise talent database. Our professional studios and live operations projects serve as practical training bases, offering real-project internships across hosting, operations and design roles. The programme supplies over 40 qualified e-commerce design and operations talents to the market each year, was selected as a Zhejiang 'Lifelong Learning Brand Project', and delivers a three-way win for talent development, enterprise hiring and industry growth.
